Working student (m/f/d) - Social Media, Content Creation & Graphic Design

The P.AD. Advertising agency is looking for you – a creative personality with a strong flair for design, visual language and short, concise content. Your focus is on creation: you develop content ideas, implement them visually and make our brands shine on social media.
The position is a working student position (up to 20h/week) – with the option of hybrid and mobile working.

Your tasks (creative focus):

• You design and produce social media content (image, video, animation, text snippets) for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & Co.
• You create graphics, layouts and templates in the corporate design.
• You cut and edit short videos/reels (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro).
• You prepare visuals in different formats and adapt them to specific platforms.
• You contribute your own ideas, observe trends and develop mood boards/look & feel.
• Optionally, you can support small photo/video shoots (assistance, set organization, editing basics).

What you should bring with you:

• You are an enrolled student (e.g. communication/media design, marketing, media studies or similar).
• A portfolio or work samples that show your creative signature.
• Confident with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; preferably Premiere Pro/After Effects) or comparable tools.
• Experience/interest in short-form video (Reels/TikTok) and typography/layout.
• Structured, reliable way of working and enjoy teamwork.
• Very good written and spoken German.
