Apprenticeship as a digital and print media designer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a young, talented junior employee and are offering an apprenticeship as a digital and print media designer. Your tasks:

• Design of print and digital media such as flyers, posters, brochures, magazines, websites and social media content
• Work with professional design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and the entire Adobe Creative Cloud as the basis of your daily design work
• Conception and production of social media content – from the initial idea to the finished post, reel or clip (image & video)
• Video and content production: cutting, animating and optimizing with tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop & other creative tools
• Image editing and retouching for a professional and consistent look
• Preparation and checking of print data and adaptation of designs for production
• Development of strong layouts with a feel for colors, fonts, trends and visual styles
• Collaboration on creative marketing and campaign projects together with the team
• Use of modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Gemini, NanoBanana & Co.

Your profile:

• You have previous knowledge, ideally a completed apprenticeship as a design assistant (m/f/d) or have successfully completed your (technical) high school diploma or a comparable qualification
• You have practical experience in the areas mentioned
• You have a quick grasp and both graphic and strategic implementation skills
• You are motivated, creative and keen to work on exciting and varied projects
• You work in the field of design across industries and are versatile
• You enjoy working in a team and exchanging ideas with other trainees and colleagues
• You are willing to stand behind the camera at events and produce social content
