Social Media Manager / Content Creator (m/f/d)

The P.AD. Werbeagentur is looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager / Content Creator who can confidently advise our clients, plan and maintain social media channels and independently implement and manage smaller photo/video productions. The position is a full-time position with Option for hybrid and mobile working

Tasks:

• Independent advice and support for customers in the area of social media & content
• Development of cross-channel social strategies, editorial plans and campaigns
• Creation and publication of content (image, video, text) for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok & Co.
• Planning, execution and control of small photo/video productions (incl. briefings, shooting organization, editing/processing at production level)
• Community management, monitoring, performance analysis and reporting with defined KPIs
• Close collaboration with creation, strategy, web and project management for seamless implementation

Requirements:

• Professional experience in social media management and content production; agency experience an advantage
• Proven experience in customer consulting as well as in the development and implementation of editorial and campaign plans
• Very good knowledge of relevant platforms and tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, Ads Manager, analysis tools)
• Confident handling of image/video production and editing (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable)
• High level of initiative, structured way of working, organizational strength and pronounced quality awareness
• Strong communication and presentation skills in German
