nextGeneration | Promotion for the VRR ticket app

P.AD. planned and implemented a two-month promotion campaign at a 15 locations with nine transport companies for the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr AöR (VRR).

The promotional campaigns served to promote the new nextTicket-App – an electronic fare system for the VRR network area for the use of public transport. The app enables convenient check-in and check-out without having to search for the right ticket. More than 100 hours of promotional activities came together. Locations included inner city areas, train stations, bus stops and city festivals. P.AD. took care of the promoters’ complete assignment planning, personally coordinated the personnel on site on all days of assignment and prepared detailed documentation. A branded info-mobile was used for the promotion, as well as a mobile photo box to draw the attention of passers-by to the campaign. The full-service package ranged from print, the astronaut as a “pioneer seeker” and the promotion clothing to complete equipment and give aways.
